  • Baby bed – available at your request. Please contact Reception
  • Check-in and Check-Out
    The check-in time is from 14:00.The check-out time is until 12:00 (noon).
  • Complaints – in case of any problems contact the hotel Reception, or sales department immediately.
  • Currency Exchange – available 24 hours a day at Reception.
  • Parking – there are 12 parking spaces available to our hotel guests in the ground garage. For additional charge.
  • Hotel Transfer – our hotel can provide a hotel transfer (max. 7 people) with the possibility of travelling across Czech Republic, eventually abroad. More information is available at Reception.
  • Information – hotel Reception is available at your service 24 hours a day.
  • Internet – hotel guests can access free of charge wireless network in all spaces of the hotel.
  • Payment
    Hotel accepts these cards: AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, VISA-ELECTRON, EUROCARD, MASTER-CARD, MAESTRO, DINNERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL, JCB. Payment in cash is possible too.
  • Pet Policy  It is necessary to inform the Reception upon your arrival. Your pet is your responsibility while staying in our hotel. For every pet a fee will be charged. Entry with pets to the restaurant and balneo prohibited.
  • Quiet Time Every day from 22:00 to 7:00 is a quiet time. Please observe this noise restriction.
  • Relaxation Centre
    Relaxation Centre (available to our hotel guests only) is located on the ground floor. Hotel guests have access to our upstream pool and/or massage waterfall, whirlpool, finnish sauna and infra sauna during the stay. It is opened daily – swimming pool and whirlpool from 7:00 to 21:00 and saunas from 16:00 to 21:00.
  • Restaurant – opened daily from 7.00 to 20:00. If you prefer to have the restaurant bill charged to your hotel account it is necessary to show your hotel ID and sign the bill.
  • Visitor´s Policy  Every visitor has to provide personal details at Reception. The ID card or passport will be requested.
  • Wellness Reception – located on the ground floor. It provides daily information and consulting service for wellness and spa treatments. Wellness reception is responsible for procedure timing.

Cancellation Policy

We respect your privacy. We do not market, rent or sell our email list to any outside parties.

We recommend our clients to purchase insurance for trip cancellations. Below cancellation fees apply:
• Up to 20 days before the arrival date – no charges
• Between 20 and 14 days before the arrival date – 10% of the cancelled reservation value
• Between 13 and 7 days before the arrival date – 20% of the cancelled reservation value
• Between 6 and 1 days before the arrival date – 50% of the cancelled reservation value
• On the day of arrival and no shows will be charged 100% of the cancelled reservation value

In the case of early departure and for unused booked services and changes of booked services during the stay any financial reimbursement is provided.

In the case of no shows in the booked time of spa treatment, it will be not reimbursed. In the case of 5 minut delay or not cancelled spa treatment minimal 12 hours before starting, the treatment will expire and will be charged to the account!
Any changes of spa treatments or their times for addtional charge 50 CZK/spa treatment!
